Wild blueberries, black currants and acai berries smoothie

Ingredients

2 medium-sized ripe bananas

2 tbsp peanut butter

½ glasses (125 ml) of Greek yogurt

½ glasses (125 ml) of milk

1 tbsp (10 g) freeze-dried Supergarden blueberry powder

1 tbsp (10 g) freeze-dried Supergarden black currant powder

1 tbsp (10 g) freeze-dried Supergarden acai powder

2 tbsp (20 g) freeze-dried Supergarden coconut powder

 

Serve:

granola

freeze-dried coconut cubes

freeze-dried berries

fresh mint leaves

Process

  1. Put all the ingredients for the cocktail in a blender and grind to a completely homogeneous thick mass.
  2. Pour into glasses or bowls. Serve immediately, sprinkled with granola, freeze-dried coconut cubes, berries, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
