During the project, a solution will be developed - a composition of innovative functional snacks from lyophilized raw materials, intended for the production of healthy snacks using 3D printing technology. The main goal of the project is to carry out research and experimental development for the application of 3D printing technology in the production of lyophilized food products and to develop 3D printing technology for innovative functional snacks from lyophilized raw materials based on the research results. The goal of the products is high-quality healthy food functional snacks, which are characterized by naturalness, especially high biological activity, sustainability and long shelf life.

In order to achieve the goals set during the project implementation, two MTEP activities will be carried out:

  1. Development of models, testing, inspection, simulating real conditions, their improvement
  2. Development of prototypes (trial versions), demonstration, production of a test batch

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
