Process
Execution Method - Hemp seed milk with Strawberry and banana taste
- Take the blender and add the hemp seeds and 1L of water, add 3g of strawberry powder and 3g of banana powder, 3-5 dates depending on how sweet you would like your milk, a pinch of salt, and ½ tsp of vanilla extract and blend for 3 minutes.
- Take a cheesecloth and run and squeeze your mixture through it in a large bowl. Then add your mixture in a glass bottle and your milk is ready.
Execution Method -Flaxseed milk with Strawberry and banana taste
- Add the flaxseeds in a small bowl with 200 ml and leave overnight for the seeds to soften. Overnight the mixture will become gelatinous. The next day takes a strainer with small holes or a cheese cloth and runs the mixture through it till there is no gelatinous liquid.
- Then take the blender and add the flaxseeds and 1L of water, add 3g of strawberry powder and 3g of banana powder, 3-5 dates depending on how sweet you would like your milk, a pinch of salt, and ½ tsp of vanilla extract. and blend for 3 minutes.
- Take a cheesecloth and run and squeeze your mixture through it in a large bowl. Then add your mixture in a glass bottle and your milk is ready.
Execution Method -Energy balls with hemp seed pulp and flaxseed pulp
- If you open your cheesecloth in both cases you will see that you have dates and flax/hemp seeds leftover. These can turn into very nice energy balls so save the pulp.
- Take your blender, add the oats and the chocolate in pieces, and blend.
- Add the mixture in a bowl and the pulps from your milk. Then add the honey and peanut butter, (If you do only one milk use half of the dark chocolate, oats, honey, and peanut butter), and mix the ingredients. If your mixture is wet add oat flour and if it is dry add peanut butter. You will figure out if your mixture needs anything more if you try to make 1 ball if it starts crumbling or it sticks to your hands. If it crumbs it is dry, If it is sticky it is wet.
- Start rolling in your hands with small balls. If you want, on a plate, add some coconut flakes and roll the balls there so they can not stick.
HOW TO SERVE
Enjoy the milk on their own or add them in tea lattes, cold or warm coffees, in your cereal or porridge.
The energy balls are very nice for a boost of energy at your job, school, or anywhere else at any time of the day.
