Dark chocolate cherry energy balls
Snack Cooking time: 10 min.
1 cup (150 g) of soft dates, pitted
½ glasses (80 g) of almonds
¼ glass (25 g) of coconut chips
¼ a glass (62 g) of almond cream
1-2 tbsp Supergarden freeze-dried cherry powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp salt
3 tbsp Supergarden freeze-dried cherry pieces
30 g dark chocolate
- Add the dates, almonds, coconut chips, nut cream, dried cherry powder, maple syrup, and salt to the food grinder. Crush to a sticky texture (but don’t grind to a puree!).
- Put pieces of chocolate and freeze-dried cherries in a shredder. Chop briefly to blend into the mass.
- Take a teaspoon of the mass and form round balls between the wet palms. Roll in coconut chips if desired.
- Place on a plate, add in the refrigerator, and hold until firm. Then transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to a week.
