During the project, a solution will be developed - a composition of innovative functional snacks from lyophilized raw materials, intended for the production of healthy snacks using 3D printing technology. The main goal of the project is to carry out research and experimental development for the application of 3D printing technology in the production of lyophilized food products and to develop 3D printing technology for innovative functional snacks from lyophilized raw materials based on the research results. The goal of the products is high-quality healthy food functional snacks, which are characterized by naturalness, especially high biological activity, sustainability and long shelf life.

In order to achieve the goals set during the project implementation, two MTEP activities will be carried out:

  1. Development of models, testing, inspection, simulating real conditions, their improvement
  2. Development of prototypes (trial versions), demonstration, production of a test batch

 

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

UAB Geld Baltic is a company successfully operating in the lyophilized food production market, aiming to avoid possible drops in the company's activity and income in the future (and to strengthen the company's resistance to possible economic fluctuations, especially in the face of the 2020-2021 COVID-19 pandemic), in order to attract as many customers as possible, aiming to to increase income growth, company productivity and work productivity, after evaluating all internal and external processes taking place in the company and their optimization possibilities, plans to create and implement an innovative customer consultation system, e-mail store, install data exchange interfaces and the Stock PRO (Enterprise) application module. The goal of the project is the implementation of information systems for managing business transactions electronically, aiming to stimulate the growth of the company's income. Funded by the European Regional Development Fund as a measure of the European Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
