BLUEBERRY, BLACK CURRANT AND ACAI BERRY COCKTAIL
2 medium-sized ripe bananas
2 tbsp. š. peanut butter
½ A glass (125 ml) of Greek yogurt
½ glasses (125 ml) of milk
1 tbsp. š. (10 g) freeze-dried Supergarden blueberry powder
1 tbsp. š. (10 g) freeze-dried Supergarden black currant powder
1 tbsp. š. (10 g) freeze-dried Supergarden acai berry powder
2 tbsp. š. (20 g) freeze-dried Supergarden coconut powder
freeze-dried coconut cubes
fresh mint leaves
Put all the ingredients for the cocktail in a blender and grind to a completely uniform thick mass.
Pour into glasses or bowls. Serve immediately, sprinkled with granola, freeze-dried coconut cubes, berries, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
